    摘要:

    本研究旨在探討「客語e學堂」客語教學網站應用在特殊兒童客語詞彙學習之情況,藉以了解運用「客語e學堂」網站教學是否對特殊兒童客語詞彙學習具有立即和學習保留效果,對他們的學習態度和學習行為是否具有正面影響,並且根據他們學習過程中所呈現的學習狀況及錯誤型態進行分析,提出適合的教學策略,進而針對他們學習客語的特殊需求,提供適合他們的客語教學網站或電腦教學軟體設計上的重點建議。
    本研究是以文獻分析法、教學實驗法、測驗法和觀察法為主,教學實驗受試對象是國小啟智班兩名特殊兒童,一位是中度智能障礙學生、另一位是以智能障礙為主的中度多重障礙學生。教學實驗選取「客語e學堂」初級課程中九個單元進行教學,所有單元教完後再用自編測驗卷對受試對象進行單元內容的客語詞彙「聽」和「說」測驗,最後依據測驗結果及平時教學觀察日誌進行分析。研究結果發現,透過客語教學網站單元教學,對特殊兒童客語詞彙聽說能力具有立即成效和學習保留效果,同時對他們學習客語的學習態度和學習行為有正面影響。除此之外,透過滑鼠的操作,更能提升受試學生的學習興趣和意願,而「客語e學堂」課程畫面兼具聲光色效果,能提升受試學生學習興趣。而在特殊教學策略方面,個別化特殊教學策略能輔助特殊兒童,使客語學習更輕鬆。因此特殊教育工作者更應當常常利用電腦、網路等科技輔具介入教學,幫助提升特殊兒童學習成效,讓身處現代e化教育盛行的特殊兒童們,也能享受這項學習福利。
    This study tried to use “Hakka e School” website to teach the children with special needs learning Hakka lexicon with the aim to explore whether using " Hakka e School ” to teach the children with special needs has immediate learning effect and retention effect on the learning of Hakka lexicon, and whether the application has positive impact on learning attitude and learning behavior. Additionally, based on the analysis of their learning processes and error types, the researcher would try to discover what are the most appropriate teaching strategies to help the children with special needs learning Hakka lexicon, and tried to provide website and software designers with some insightful comments on how to improve Hakka teaching websites to benefit those children with special needs.
    The primary research methods in this study are analysis of literature, teaching experiment, tests, and observation. The subjects are two elementary school special kids, one student with moderate mental retardation while the other with moderate multiple disabilities and mental retardation. The researcher select nine primary topics from " Hakka e School ” to teach the two students. After the completion of the whole teaching process, the two students took two tests, posttest and delayed posttest, to see if they already acquired the Hakka lexicon they have learned from the nine topics based on their listening and speaking ability. Based on analyses of the test results and the teaching observation log, the researcher discovered that using " Hakka e School ” to teach the children with special needs learning Hakka lexicon did have immediate learning effects and the retention of learning on their listening and speaking ability, and the application of " Hakka e School ” also had positive impact on their learning attitude and learning behavior. Moreover, students’ interest and willingness to learn Hakka Lexicon were enhanced through using the mouse, and both sound and vision effects of " Hakka e School ” website can promote students’ learning interest, too. In terms of teaching strategies, the special individualized teaching strategies can help special children to learn Hakka Lexicon easier. Therefore, special educators should use computers, internet and other tech tools more often in order to help special children enhance learning effectiveness, and let those special children who live in this modern e-education world can also enjoy the benefits of science and technology.
