博碩士論文： 地方文化的形成及其意義─安平地區的個案研究
摘要：本研究旨在探究地方文化的內涵及嘗試建立篩選地方文化的準則，並以台灣文化的發源地安平為個案研究對象，探討安平文化的形成過程、內涵、及特色，並解析安平文化對於安平人的社會與歷史文化意義。本研究的重要性在於，探討地方文化對社區居民生活、社會、文化方面的影響，有別於以往從地理、歷史考據的面向來進行安平的研究。 經過文獻回顧、官方統計資料蒐集、實地觀察訪問、問卷調查及歸納分析等研究過程，所得到的重要研究發現有以下幾點： 1. 安平文化的形成與發展，歷經數個不同的時代，不同的人們、不同的文化都與其對話，其文化特質充滿多元性、國際性、海洋性。安平地位的興衰，主要與台江灣的變遷及其港口機能的盛衰有關。 2. 建立篩選地方文化的六準則：歷史性、地方性、共有性、獨特性、教化性、現存性。 3. 安平舊聚落居民認為安平文化中具代表性的項目為：安平古堡、辟邪物、安平開台天后宮、划龍舟及安平作十六歲、蚵仔煎、運河。而安平古堡（王城）是安平居民認為最鮮明的地標。 4. 在資訊發達的今日，傳播媒體對於地方文化的傳播與認同，扮演重要的角色。社區居民對於地方文化的認同，有相當大的程度受到傳播媒體的影響。對於文化資產的價值仍以生產經濟面向為主。 5. 安平舊聚落目前面臨發展危機，但也是最好的轉機，未來可以文化及休閒旅遊為主軸，創造新的產業，帶動地方發展。 另外，本研究提出若干建議與未來的研究方向，例如：舉辦具有代表性的節慶活動以帶動觀光、以企業行銷的觀念經營古蹟觀光體系、未來可研究安平文化的傳播方式及過程等，俾供參考。 關鍵字：地方、地方文化、安平文化、地方文化的形成與發展、認同感The purpose of this research was to explore the intension of local culture and try to build up the standard of sifting the local culture. The research object for the individual case was aimed at the origin of Taiwan culture, An Ping, and to explore the formation process, intension and features of An Ping culture as well as analyze the social, historical and cultural significance of An Ping culture to An Ping people. The importance of this research was to explore the influences the local culture brought to the community residents for their lives, society and culture. It was different from the past approach where the research on An Ping culture was made from the geographical and historical viewpoints. Some research methods are taken including literature review, official statistics collection, on-site observation and interview, questionnaire investigation and inductive analysis etc. We could obtain some important findings as follow: 1.Formation and development of An Ping culture experienced several eras, different people and cultures. Its cultural characters are full of diversification, internationalization and ocean-orientation. The prosperity and decline of the position of An Ping was primarily related to the changes of Taiwan and the functions of the harbor. 2.Building up the six standards used for sifting the local culture：Historicity, locality, commonality, uniqueness, education and present existence. 3.The residents in the An Ping old villages believe the things that could represent An Ping culture are: An Ping Fort, evil-avoid matters, An Ping Kai-Tai Goddess Temple, dragon boat, celebrating age of 16, Oyster fried with eggs and vegetables. An Ping people esteemed An Ping Fort (King City) is the brightest landmark. 4.Today the information is well developed. The mass media acts a very important role for the propagation and identification of the local culture. The identification of community residents for the local culture is greatly influenced by mass media. For the value of culture asset, it is still base on productive economics. 5.An Ping old village now is facing the developing crisis, but it is also the best turning point. In the future, cultural and leisure tourism can act as the central to create new industry and start the local development. Beside this research has brought up several propositions and future research directions, for examples: hold some representative festival activity to promote the tourism industry and operate historic spot tourism system base on the marketing concept. In the future, it can proceed the research on the propagation method and process of An Ping culture for reference.
